P- 108 Wedne sday , June 4th. , 193 0. Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. 16. All members present, pr ovement resolutions This being the date set, hearings were had on the following in - Improvement Resolution No.2366 for the pavement of Kerslake ! . Court from east c urb 1 ine o f 23rd. , Stree t to 25th. , Street. ( See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement resolution Ko.2367 for: the pavement of Clive Street 1 j from Lincoln lay West to -Elwood Avenue. (See files f or copy of re s olution. ) In 'both cf the above `named improvement resolutions. no remon- strators appeared and no remonstrance was filled and propsrty owners were present asking the Board that said improvements be made. After hearing all persons interested in said improvement resolutions and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said im- �rovements mill be equal to the estimated costs ce same as reported by the city Engineer, he board., theTefore, takes final action on said- improvement resolutions and declares 1! same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that on the '! 27th.. , day of June I930, bids will be received for the construction of said improvement up to I0:00 A. M. The Board further orders that notices of said sealed proposals shall j be published on the 6th., day of June and on the I3th., day of June 1930, in the South ! • Bend Tribune and Mirror.) according to law. This being the dete set, continued hearing-ras had on the assess- ment roll for the grading of the alley south of Victoria Street from Ist. , alley east of hvIiami Street to lyde treet under Improvement Resolution Bo.2288. In the above named assessment roll, the Board decides to reduce the total amount of said assessment roll from $1 004 40 to $920.50 and to spread this reduction over lots between Marine Street and Leer street. With this modification, the Board. finds that the bevePai- 16ts and parcels of land have been benefited in the amountsi, shown on said modfied roll and decides to take final action on said roll and declares j same in all things ra tified, confirmed and approved- as modified, said modifications or reductions are hereby ordered shown in red, and the proceedings closed.
