T. Tranberg, i and approved same in the amount of I,896.40. Contractor. The Board signed <br />Partial EstimateNo.I for the pavement improvement in the alley <br />1I <br />west of Cushing Street under Improvement Resolution ��o.23I0, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the Citr and E. T. Tr'nberg, contractor. The Board signed and <br />apxr owed same in the amount of 4514.08. <br />,i <br />The board approved the redistribution of assessments for the IGiain Ij <br />i3treet Improvement under Resolution No.995 as petitioned for by Weisberger Bros and as <br />submitted by City Engineer in schedule. • <br />i <br />I. <br />City Engineer , H. Wray, submitted reports on remonstrances <br />filed against improvements as follows: j <br />Report on remonstrance filed a ainst the pavement of Stfygart <br />Street from Prairie to 2nd., alley no, th cf Indiana Avenue. I7 resident property owners <br />out of 23 rigned the remonstrance. This constitutes a ua jority and the Board hereby <br />orders all former action taken on said improvement rescinded and the proceedingp closed. <br />�� Report on remonstrance file" against the pave men t on Duba it Avenue <br />from ebster Street to Swygert Street. Four resident property cfrners <br />ut of 6 have signed the remonstrance against this improvement and as this constitutes <br />Majority, the Board hereby orders all former action taken on said improvement rescinded <br />nd the proceedings closed. <br />emen_ <br />The 1:�oa.rd signed the contract with Tirotta Palmiere Co., for the <br />;onstruction cf a local serer in Clyde tree t under Improvement Resolution No.23I7 in <br />the amount of 287.85. The -board also approved the construction bond. of same for I00% <br />)f the contract price signed by National Surety Company. <br />iI <br />The Board stgned the contract with E. T. Trenberg for the pavement <br />of the alley west of Cushing Street from point I32 feet south of Grand View Avenue to <br />point I62,7I feet north of Oak street under Improv+emelt resolution No.23I0 in the amount ii <br />of 0604.50. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the con- <br />ra et price signed by fidelity and Casualty Co. <br />The Board signed the contract --rith E. T. Tra.nberg for the grade, <br />urb and walk improvement on Ruskin treet from alley west of Clover Jtreet to Oakland treet under Improvement Resolution No.23II in the amount of $403.08. The Board approved „ he construction bond. of same for 50/ of the contract price signed by Fidelity and <br />asual ty Co. <br />The Board approved the. Excavation Bond for Tirotta. P almiere Co. , <br />in the amount of $I1000.00 signed by Gnat American Ind emnity Co. <br />City Lngineer, H. G. dray, filed plans, specifications and estimates;' and the Boa. rd adopted said plans and specifics tior toge ter with the fbllcwing improve <br />ment resoluti ons : <br />Improvement resolution No.2366 for the pavement of Kerslake Court <br />from east curb pf 23rd. , Street to 25th., Street. '! <br />i <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, <br />hereby orde-irs that on the 4th. , day of June 1930 this Board will meet in their office <br />in the City Ball at 7-I5 P. M. , to he?r and receive remonstrances frcm all <br />ested kti or affected by said improvements and will deci�-e whether the benefits to <br />several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be 'I <br />equal' to the estimated costs thereof.
