No.23I2 for the opening of Y4ashington -'venue from Orange 'treet to Bend ix Drive, In the above named condemnation resolut ion No.23121 the Board decides to rescind ell formaer action taken on said resolution and declares see null and void and -the proceedings closed. The Board approved pay rolls for various departments in the amount of �a 11 .37. The Doard approved a claim of Rieth Riley Construction Company in the amount of $965.00 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of track elevation fund. Wray, filed plans, spe'cifi.cati,ons' and.bstima.tes and the Board adopted said plans together with the following improvement resolutions: Improvement resolution No.2233 for the pavement of Columbia Street from Sample Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. (See files fcr copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2334 for the pavement of Dubail Avenue from Niarine Street to Leer Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2335 for the pavement of Dubail Avenue from Webster Street to�Swygart Street. (See files forcopy of resolution.) Improvement -Resolution No.2336 for the pavement of 0gkside Street from Michigan Street to Main Street. (see files for copy of resolution.? Improvement Resolution No.2337 for the pavement of Swygart Avenue from 2nd. alley north of Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue. (bee files for copy of resolu- tion.") Improvement -Resolution No.2338 for the pavement of Wilson A-Trenue from Ironwood Drive to 24th . , Street. ( See file s f or copy of re solution.) Improvement Resolution No.2339 for the pavement of the alley south of Division Street from Sheridan Avenue to the alley east of Sheridan Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolutlon N0.2340 for the pavement of the alley east of Sheridan Avenue from Ford Street to the alley south of Division Street. (See files copy of resolution.) In all of the above nemedimprovement resolutions, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 23rd. , day of April I930, this Board will meet in their office in the City Nall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affected by said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will b equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Engineer.
