I'=inutes of <br />meeting held Ilarch 4th., I930, read and approved. <br />The Board approved the Excavation Bond of Rocco S imer i in the amount of $11060.00 <br />II signed by the Constitution Indemnity Company of Philadelphia. <br />The Board an extraorder in favor of Gerber and Haley, contractors, in the matter <br />J of remodeling the City Hall in the amount of 4475.00, and also extre order in the amount <br />of 452.00. <br />• !! The Boa <br />it rd approved a redistribution of Assessments of Lot 239 'Fordham Addition <br />for the River Park Sewer System No.2, as filed by City ngineer, H.. G. ':fray. <br />The Board approved a. redistribution of :assessment of Lot 92 Cor,uillard Woods <br />Addition for the grade, curb, walk, sewer and pavement in Coquillard Woods Addition as <br />fi le d by City Engineer , E. G. Wray. <br />This being the date set,hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the awards <br />of damages and the assessments of beneffits in the vacation of the alley east of Sunnysi'e <br />-avenue from Sorin -Street to the north line of alley. south of Sorin Street under Vacetio <br />� <br />Resolution hTo.2276. <br />in the above name! assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon <br />strance was filed and the Board, being folly advised in the premises, decides to take <br />. <br />final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved and all proceedings had with reference to said vacation are hereby sustained <br />and the alley vacated and. the proceedings closed. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the, Board <br />adopted a resolution for a locale surer in ffilson Avenue between Ironwood Drive and 24th <br />Street Resolution <br />, <br />under Improvement No.2329. <br />In the above named improvement resolution No.2329, the Board, hereby, orders that <br />on the 25th., day of March 1930, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall <br />!1 at 10:00 A. G. r ay , filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board <br />adopted a resolution for a local sewer on Sorin Street from East line of Madison Park <br />,dd ition to the center line of Twyckenham Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2326, <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, speci ficeti ons and estimates and the Board <br />• adopted said plans and specifications together with a resolution for the grade, curb <br />and walk improvement on Sorin Street from East line of Madison Park Addition to Twycken- <br />ham Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2327. <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, prope rty owners filed a written <br />waiver, waiving all objections on anal in defense to any defect in said proceedings and <br />to any violation in procedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by <br />law. <br />The Board approved pay loll claims in the amount of - 7,455.77 for various depart - <br />me nt s. <br />• The Boerd approved claims for equi-oment in the Controller's office for the Barrett <br />! Law assessments in the amount of $I,242.I0. <br />The Board approved claims for furniture and fixtures in the City Court Room as <br />authorized by Judge A. W. Hosinski, in the amount of $I,800/8I. <br />This being the de.te set, continued hearing was had on Track Elevation Resolution <br />No . 5 . <br />!; In the above named Track Elevation Resolution No. 5, representatives of the various <br />railroad companies were present end at the request of said railroad representatives, <br />the Board decides to continue hearing until Tuesday, April Ist., I930, at 10:00 A.
