Tuesday, January Mt., 1930 <br />Board met in regular session Pt 9 ?! -M. My. M. E Doran Absent. Minutes <br />of meetings held January I4th . , and January I5jh. , 1930, read and approved. <br />This being the ae to set, continued hearing; was had on the assessment roll <br />showing the Awards of donages and assessments of benefits in the Vacation of Esther <br />Street .from the south line of Wayne Street to the north lino of Sunnymeae Avenue under <br />Vacation Resolution MOM. <br />In the above r med assessment roll, no remonstrators Appeared and no" <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being filly advised in the premises, <br />finds thQt the several lots and parcels of land have been benedited and damaged in <br />I the =^mounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board. , therefore, decides to take <br />II final action on said. assessment roll and decleres same in all things ratified, confirm <br />ed and approved .and the street vacated and a;ll proceedings had with reference to said <br />vacation resolution No.23I8 are hereby sustained and the proceedings closed.. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Tray, filed the primary assessment roll showing the <br />awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the alle <br />east of Sunnyside Avenue from Sorin Street to to north 1 ite of the alley south of <br />So rin Street under Vacs. t ion Resolution No .2 27 6. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the <br />161 Tlth., Say of 1930, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at <br />I0:00 A. Y , to hear end receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has <br />been affected b7 such vecptioph and will decide whether the several lots and parcels <br />of land have been or will be benefited or damaged in the amounts short7on said roll. <br />! The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be delivered to property <br />1; owners according to lave. <br />The Board approved claims in the amount of =r08.77 for various departments <br />a <br />I The following letter and petition from Postmaster R 1ph W. Gaylor of <br />iShp we!T, , 1ntien<a, was reeeivej and said petition for the use of the Municipal Airport <br />in dispatching mail to and from MishawaRn , was approved upon the recommendFtion of <br />I; <br />Mayor N R. Hinkle: <br />Mishawaka, Indiana - <br />Januery ISO., 1930. <br />i Eon.
