(See files <br />for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named Condemnation Resolution No.23I9, no remonstrators appeared <br />and no remonstrance was filed. Mr. Ernest Morris, Mr. gym. K. McHenry, Mr. A. B. <br />Thielans were present advocating this proposed opening. after hearing all persons <br />interested in said condemnation resolution and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the board. decides to take final action on said condemnation resolution No.23I9 and <br />declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. <br />Meeting; adjourned at 9-30 P.
