<br />-resolution k,!o.2038; for 24th., Street grade, curb and walk improvement under resolution
<br />1,1o.I64I; and for grade, curb and walk on Jefferson -boulevard under resolution `lo.1522.
<br />Said redistributions of assessments were signed and approved by the Board, ana ordered
<br />delivered to the FinanceDepartment.
<br />• The Board approved the r enev,al certificate for the Excavation Bond. of
<br />�k.-olph Dutrieux & Co., in the amount of 1,000.00 signed by the Fidelity and. Casualty
<br />Comp any of New York:

<br />In the above riamed assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the

<br />• M., to hear and receiv remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected
<br />by said vacation. The Board further orders thei notices of said hearing_ shall be delive
