<br />ment Resolution 11o.2260, in the amount of $1,930.93, signed by Inl�d Bonding; Uo.
<br />The Board approved. the Guarantee Bond of Ebert Construction Co., for
<br />the pavemant on Prairie Avenue from "Nebster Street to Grant Street under Improvement
<br />Resolution Ro.2275, in the amount of $2,852.85 signed by Inland Bonding Company.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. ;'raj , filed the primary assessment roll for the
<br />pavement of the alleywest of Ldison street from rluron ''treet to Ford Street under
<br />Improvement Resolution !,Jo.230I.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that
<br />on the I7th. , day of December 1929 , this Board will meet in their office in the City
<br />Hall at I0 : 00 A. 11. , to hear and receive remons tram m s from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land have been or will bbe benefited in the amounts shown on said primary
<br />roll.
<br />This being the date set, he:^ring vas had on the assessment roll for
<br />the pavement on Prairie Avenue from "ebs ter Street to Ura nt Street under Improvement
<br />Resolution 1�1o.2275.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no
<br />written mmonstrcnces were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested
<br />in said assessment roll, decides to modify said assessment roll by reducing the assess
<br />ments on all lots charged with private drives, tt-he'-'total amount of said reduction being
<br />$205.89 . This ariount is to be paid by reducing the lv--unicipa l inspection as shown on11
<br />said roll in the amount of 'I80.50 an". the balance of $25.39 to be paid by the Board fl
<br />of ';Yorks out of Refunds, awards and indemnities appropriatimn �:o.H-23. ti''•'ith this
<br />modification, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been bene-!
<br />filed in the amounts shown on said modified roll and the Board, therefore , decides to
<br />take final action on said roll and. declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved as modified and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said modified
<br />roll delivered to the Department of linance.
<br />The Board approved claims for various deuartm�nts in the amount of
<br />4, 765.49 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same . 1
