W. Young, Architect ; the Board awarded the contract for the plumbing in the new Northwest Fire Station 1�o.II, to Gilliam Burke, at his bid of QI,256.00, Unon the recommendation of E. W. Young, Architect, the Board decided. to use . fame Brick 11o. 2, as per sample submitted by the. Indiana Lumber Co.,, at the price • of *28,50 per M. Gity Engineer, C. V;ra.y, filed the assessment roll showing the awards lof damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of the Vac,_ ti on of the a.l.ley north of °erwinsku ~Street from Wilber Street to a West line of Lot 64 under Taca�ttonc_1:.. les glut i on No. 229I . In the above named assessment inll, the Board I-ereby orders that on the 28th day of January 1930, this Bo=,rd will meet in th(iir office in the City Hall. at 10:00 1"i"N1. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affected by such vacation.
