<br />Board met in regular session at 9 A. 1A. Mr. W. R. Hinkle absent. Minute
<br />of meetings held November I2th. , and November 13th. , 1929, read and approved.
<br />The board approved the following Guarantee Bonds:
<br />Guarantee .fond of the Albert Construction Company for the pavement on
<br />Lebanon Street from Broadway to Indiana. Avenue under Improvement Resolution 1-�o.2268
<br />in the amount of $429.27 signed by Inland .bonding Company,
<br />Cu,--,rentee Bond of the Northern Indiana. Construction Company for the
<br />sub -trunk sewer in Eckman Street under Improvement Resolution No.2279 in the amount
<br />of $11396,57.
<br />Uuarentee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for the pavement on
<br />Fremont Street from Lincoln Way West to klumboldt Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2259 in the amount of 0575o38 signed by Inland Bonding Company.
<br />Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for the pavement on
<br />Crane Street from Olive Street to Kaley Street under Improvement Resolution No.2264
<br />in!", the amount of $985.98 signed by Inland bonding °'ompany.
<br />The Board approved the renewal certificate for the Bond of Louis Niesgod-
<br />• ski in the amount of 5$1.000.00 signed by the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company.
<br />Upon the recommendation of 4'',m. F. Qualls, the Board approved the install-
<br />ation of a light in the alley betitleen Main and Lafayette Streets from the alley south
<br />of "Npshington Avenue to the first alley south, at a cost of $50.00 per year.
<br />The Board approved. the Guerantee Bond of the .Meth Raley Construction
<br />Oompany for the pavement improvements on Eckman street, Irvington Street, F irview
<br />Avenue , Leer Street , Clyde Street , victoria Street, Al t[•e ld.` street, Vernon street , York
<br />Road and. Tyyckenham Drive in Ridge -dale Fifth Addition, in the amount of $I0,000.00
<br />signed by Southern Surety Company.
<br />This being- the date set, bids we--•e received opened and read. for the
<br />pavement of the alley east of 111i^mi street from victoria street to Altgeld Street under
<br />Improvement Nesolution Blo.2297. Bids are as follows:

<br />This being; the date set, bits were received., opened and read for the
<br />pavement of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue from Scott Street to west line of lot #7

<br />City Engineer, B. G. Tray, filed the primary assessment roll for the
<br />pavement on Monroe Street from Kaley Street to Olive Street under Improvement Resoluti
<br />. No.2270.
<br />in the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the
<br />4th., day of December I9299 this Lard will meet in their office in the City Hall at
<br />7-I5 P. 1411. s to hear anc receive remonstrances from all persons vdaose property has been
<br />assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of
<br />lend have been or will be benefited. in the amounts shown on said roll or in a .greater
<br />or less sum than that shown on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of
<br />said hearing shall be published on the 29th. , day of November and on the 30th. , day
<br />of November I929 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.
<br />The -oard approved the .Final Estimate submitted by City engineer, Ji. G.
<br />dray, for the ,e.Fer in Elmer Street between Long;ley Avenue and f'rederickson Street under
<br />Improvement Resolution Ro.2299 in the amount of 2,339, 50,
