<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. MI. Mr. W. R. Finkle absent.
<br />This being the" date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />avement improvement on `i'onti Avenue from Tecumseh Avenue to west line of Irquois Street
<br />nder Improvement Resolution -No.2256.
<br />:1n the above named assessment roll, one remonstrator appeared but no writte
<br />emonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said roll
<br />Inds that the benefits the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said
<br />mprovement are equal to the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides
<br />o take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things rafified,
<br />onfirmed and approved vrithout modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now
<br />rders that said assessment roll be delivered to the Department of Finance.
