(See files <br />for copy of resolution,) <br />In the. above named c and enn.at ion re solution, no remonstra tors appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was Filed but the Boards being fully advised in the premises, de- <br />• <br />cider to modify said resolution, showing the district to be as follows: <br />"Beginning at the ICE corner of Calvert Street -and Vernon 'street, thence N <br />to the SE corner of Vernon 6treet and Dayton +street, thence E to the SW corner of <br />Dayton Street and Twyckenham Drive, (formerly Kline Street ,) thence S along the west <br />It.he of Twyckenham Drive to a point 25I.72 feet N of C lvert Street thence SWly along <br />a. 12 d epree 18 minutes 57 seconds curve to the right a�d_istance of II6,92 Feet to a <br />point thence SWly along a IO d.egree 30 minutes 18 seconds curve to the left a distance <br />j of 137,08 feet to the N property line of Calvert Street thence NV to place of beginning," <br />The above described district ping the only property affected by said condemn- <br />ation resolution No.2306. <br />"ith the above modification, the Board takes final action on said resolution <br />and. declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all 1 owners and holders <br />of property in said modified district -end of valuable interests therein sought to be <br />taken or to be affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficiall <br />affected by such condemnation, <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2304 for <br />the pavement on Hydraulic Avenue from point 136 feet north of LaSalle Avenue to east <br />Rice bridge. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />TM the above named improvement .-°e solution, remonstrators appeared but no writte <br />remonstrpnce was filed and upon the request of property owners affected by such resolu- <br />tion, the Board decides to continue hearing until Tuesday morning, November I2th. , 1929. <br />The Board approved the petition of the Twyckenham Land and Investment Company <br />for lights in Ridgedale Fourth Addition as follows: <br />Woodisde btreet--------- 5 lights <br />nidgedale Road --------- 4 lights <br />Avobda:le Road --------- I light <br />Robinhood Lane --------- 3 lights <br />Upon the recommendation of 0m. F. Qualls, the Board approved the installation <br />j of a 4000 lumen light, mast arm construction over head service, on North Michigan Street <br />at Dinan o.urt, at a cost of ?45.00 per year. <br />i <br />City Engineer, H. G. 'v,ray, filed plans and specifications and estimate and <br />the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following improvement <br />Resolution. <br />Improvement resolution No.23II for grade, curb and walk on Rushkin "'treet from <br />alley west of Clover Street to Oakland_ Street. (See files for copy of resolution,) <br />In the above named improvement resolution No.23II , the Board hereby orders tha, <br />on the 20th., day of Roven.ber I929-T this board will meet in their office in the City <br />Hall at 7-I5 P. TV%. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />ray be assessed for said improvement and trill decide whether the benefits to the severa. <br />lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to th( <br />estim_- tec cost of same as reported by the City Engineer.
