In the s bova named asasessme nt roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 22nd. , da of October I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at I0:00 X., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of ,land `have been benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of. .26, 672.60. City Engineer, H. G. `Wray, submitted Partial Estimate No.I for the light trafffio concrete pavement improvement on the Ist. , alley north of Colfax Avenue from Esther Street to Greenlawn Avenye, in accordanee vdth the terms of the contract between the City and H. H. Barnes, contractor, under Improvement Resolution No 2258. The Board signed and _approved same in the amount of $I, I77.25. City Engineer, H. G. 'Wray, submitted Fartial .Esti mate No.I f or the sewer improve- ment in 'Westmoor street, in aeeordan ce w ith the terms of the a ontraet between the City and Rocco 5 irieri, contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2285. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 48,368.I0. ; The Board signed the contract with H.. `A. Barnes ifor the pavement of the alley east of High street from Milton Street to Calvert Street under Improvement Resolution ii N0.2290 in the ,amount of `'466.57. The Board also approved the construction bond of same 11 f orIO0% of the contract pricesigned _ by United Otat es Fidelity & Guaranty Company. The Board signed the contract with H. N. Barnes f or the pavement of the Ist. alley north of Uolfax Avenue from Esther Street to Greenlawn Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2258 in the amount of �I,385.00. The Board also 4proved the construetia2} bond of same for I0096 of the a ontraet price signed by United Qtate s Fidelity & Guaranty Company. T he Board sitgned the eo4traat with Hoban & Roach for the pavement of the alley south o�f Milton reet from High treet to Uale -venue under Improvement Resolution ii H0.2289.
