<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that tt `special benefits- that will accrue to t1he -property to be -ssessed abutting
<br />on the line of said se=v,,er, will be equal to the estimated costs os same as reported by
<br />the City "'npineer. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said improvement
