This being the date set, adjourned. meeting of �'lednesday October 9th., I929, was held at I0: 00 A. TZ. All _�mb ers present. City Engine er, H. G. 'Nray, also present. This being the date set, hearing vas had on Improvement resolution No.2297 for the pavement of the alley east of I=iami 'tree t from Victoria Street to Al tgeld Street. (See files for cop-.- of resolution.) In the above named improvement resolution, a written remonstrance was filed, an the Board being fully advised in the premises, fines that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed. for said improve-nant, will be equal to the estima-Fed. cost of same. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstta: es and takes final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified, conf irmed and approved without modifice t ion. The Boerd now orders said remonstrc nce deliverer to the engineer for a report as to ti-e resident property owners whose signa- tures appeer on this remonstrance.
