LJ Tuesday, -October Ist., 1929. r.esoluti.on. i In the above named vacation resolution. No.2296, no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed and the Board therefore r,.ecides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of valuable interestts therein sought to be taken which list or roll shall also describe the rroperty beneficially affected by such vacation. This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the pavement �i of Hued Street from Lincoln day hest to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 2260 .
