The Contractor shall at its cost, furnish all lamp renewals and light all lamps herein provided for a period terminating with th?termination of the street lighting contract, which :°ate is January I, I935, at noon, All the lamps rhich shall be Prot*i-' ed and maintained by this Contractor shall be so ope-ated that they gill give the maximum amount of illumina- tion obtainable. 2. Additional street light_ng units referred to herein as railway elevation un�ler pass lights, shall be added from time to time upon written notice from the City, provided, ho;�!e`rer, that not more than two (2) additional lamps shall be ordered at any street crossing, garment therefor shall be at the rate provided for in this con"ract, commencing on the day on which the lamps are to be in service. 3. All lamps 'Herein provide' for shall be burned from one-half hour after sunset until one half hour before sunrise, e-rery night and all night, burning approximately fourthousand (4000) hours per annum. 4.
