No petitions having been _riled for a change in the type of pavement other than thgt specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of the east one half o_f 20th., treet from south line of Lot 80 Christman Place Addition to north line of Jefferson Blvd.,- under Improvement Resolution No.2263, the Board, this 3rd., day of September 1929, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt light traffic pavement as the type of pavement with which said street sha�l be improved and asirards the contract for said improvement to ,Villiston Construction ompany at their low bid of I,293.90, No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavement other than that specified in the .preliminary order for the pavement of Kline "Itreet from the south curb line of Lincoln `*day East to Ving Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2254, the Board this 3rd., day of September I929, hereby- makes a final order for sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement t�Ls the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved: and awards the contract to Rieth Riley Construction Company at their low bid of 59,492.5I for sheet asphalt. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the 'Williston Construction Company for the pavement on Beyer -"venue from Eddy "treet to Yishawaka -venue under Improve- ment ResolutionNo.2251 in the amount of $I,28I.72 signed by Akm kax cx 12r n Inland Bonding Company. The Board approv=3d the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for the pavement on Chapin Street from Ford Street to Prairie Avenue :under Improvement Resolution No.2I92 in the amount ?4,53I.07 signed by Inland Bonding �'ompany, The Board approved the luarantee Bond of Albert Construction Company for the pavement on Bendix Drive from Division Street to Sample Street under Improvement Resolution �1o.2229 in the amount of 12,692.47 signed by Inland Bonding Oompany. This being the date set, rybids werereceived, opened and read for the pavement of Donald Street from beer Street to Sampson Street under Improvement Resolu- tion No.2273.
