The Board approved the Plat of Westchester Second Unit with the following <br />dedication: <br />PLAT OF 71ESTCH ST ,R SECOND UNIT <br />The annexed plat is a plat of Westchester second.unit, an addition to the <br />City of South Rend, Indiana; and comprises the tract of land described as follows,, to - <br />wit: <br />Be -inning at the MY corner of the SE + of Section 4, T 37 IT, Range- 2 F, thence <br />S along the "V line of the SEA 'of said Section 4, a distanne of 21.2 feet to the N <br />line of Westmoor Sheet; thence E along the N line of Westmoor Street 2635.4 feet to <br />the Y line of said ection 4, thence N along the E line of said Section 4, a distance of <br />1935.45 feet to the center line of Crumstovvn Avenue, thence My along the center line <br />of Crumstown Avenue 2907.26 feet to the place of beginning. <br />,The plat contains t4-1 lots numbered from 43 to 193 inclusive. <br />The size of the lots and the width of the streets, alleys and easements is <br />marked on the plat in feet and decimals of feet. <br />The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the p-ablic for use as public <br />highways only. <br />Bendix Realty company <br />By Elmer Kasdorf, ' req. <br />Walter J.
