Avenue and Pokagon . <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.2234. <br />Assessment roll for the local sewer in Chalfant Street from `1alsh Street to a <br />point I01 east of the west line of hot 150 in Repla.t of Park Place. -and., Addition <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I790. <br />Assessment roll for t'-ie pipe sewer in Olive Street from 7,lwood Avenue to <br />Keller Street under Improvement Resolution No.2223. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement <br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. The Board, <br />therefore, decides to ta'ce final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in <br />all things ratifiend, confirmed and approved ,iithout modification and the proceedings <br />closed. The Board, therefore, decides to tare final action on said assess <br />meat rolls a4d declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the <br />proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the <br />Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement Resolution <br />N0.2274 for the pavement of -endall Street from Calvert Street to ' ving Avenue. ( See <br />files for copy of resolution. ) <br />In the above name- improvement rasolation, remonstrators appeared but no � <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being f-ally advised in the premises,III <br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed <br />for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the II <br />CitTT igineer. Therefore, the Board decides to take final action on said improvement <br />resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification. <br />iI <br />City Engineer TT. I%, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been E <br />assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of ij <br />land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shpwn on said primary assessment <br />roll or in a .-reater or less sum than that shown on said roll. The Board further order; <br />t'zat n6tiees of said hearing shall be published on the 30th. day o� August and on the 11 <br />3Ist. , day of August I929, in the South Bend Flews Times and Tribune according to law.
