L. of tot 820 under Improvement Resolution No.2I55. Assessment roll for the side walk improvement on Angella. Avenue and Pokagon . Street under Improvement Resolution No.2234. Assessment roll for the local sewer in Chalfant Street from `1alsh Street to a point I01 east of the west line of hot 150 in Repla.t of Park Place. -and., Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I790. Assessment roll for t'-ie pipe sewer in Olive Street from 7,lwood Avenue to Keller Street under Improvement Resolution No.2223. In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'ce final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratifiend, confirmed and approved ,iithout modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Firianc e. rolls: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following primary assessment Street Assessment roll to Wilber Street for the pavement improvement under Improvement Resolution on Longley Avenue from Johnson No.2I7I. Street Assessment to Johnson roll Street for the under pavement improvement Improvement Resolution on Kenwood Avenue from Olive No.2I69. street Assessment to Johnson roll Street for the under pavement improvement Improvement Resolution on Florence Avenue from Wilber No.223I. Street Assessment to Lawndal e roll Avenue for the under pavement improvement on Ilan Buren Street from Cushing Improvement Resolution No. 2I68. In all of the above named assessment rolls, remonstra-ors appeared but no written _remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to tare final action on said assess meat rolls a4d declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement Resolution N0.2274 for the pavement of -endall Street from Calvert Street to ' ving Avenue. ( See files for copy of resolution. ) In the above name- improvement rasolation, remonstrators appeared but no � written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being f-ally advised in the premises,III finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the II CitTT igineer. Therefore, the Board decides to take final action on said improvement resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. iI City Engineer TT. G. I%, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been E assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of ij land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shpwn on said primary assessment roll or in a .-reater or less sum than that shown on said roll. The Board further order; t'zat n6tiees of said hearing shall be published on the 30th. day o� August and on the 11 3Ist. , day of August I929, in the South Bend Flews Times and Tribune according to law. Wray, filed plans ,specifications and estimates and the I' Board adopted said plans and specifications together with. the following improvement resolutions: Improvement Resolution No.2289 for the pavement of the alley south of Milton Street from High Street to Bale revenue. !� (See files for copy of resolution.) II Improvement Resolution No.2290 for the pavement of the alley east of High Street from Yilton Street to Calvert Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) !, Tn both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby, orders Ij that on the I8th., day of September 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Mall at 7-15 P. y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons Y&ose pronerty may be affected by said improvements and will decide whether the 4efits to the several lots' and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements '' it
