In the matter of the grade, curb- and walk -improvement on Farfieman Street from Vichigan Street to ITai n Street under Improvement Resolution 74o. 2I77 the Board, hereby Borders that sealed proposals for - said improvement will be received, opened and read on '`the 10th., day of September 1929, up to I0:00 A M. The Board further orders that no ices of said proposals shall be published on the 30th., day of August and on the j6th. , '.day of Septer;ber 1929, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune _according to law. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Commny for the sewer and pavement improvement on Westmoor Street under Improvement Resolution No.2287 in the amount of $78,960.25. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of ;the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. City Engineer, H. G. s`1ray, filed the tabulation of bids for the pavement of the 1Ist., alley north of Colfax Avenue from Esther Street to Greenlawn Avenue under Improve anent Resolution No.2258 as follows: Hoban & Roach N. G. :dray, submitted the Final Estimate for the heavy traffic concrete pavement on Sample Street from west line of Olive Street to west line of N. J. T. & R. R. in accordance with the terms of the contractbetween the City and The Albert Construction Company, contractors under Improvement Resolution No.2I44.
