Therefore, the Board, decides to over rule the remonstrance and declares <br />said improvement resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification. <br />In the above named improvement resolution No.2263, the Board, hereby orders that sealed proposals will be received, opened and read in the Office of <br />the Board up to 10:00 A. M., of the 20th.; day of'Augast, 1929. The Board further <br />orders that notices of said proposals shall be .published on the 9t.b. , day of August <br />and on the I6th. , day of August, I929, in the ''outh Bend Yews Times and Tribune accordin <br />to law. <br />City Engineer, H. G.
