V. All members present. <br />The Board signed the contract With Hoban and Roach for the pavement <br />of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue from Taylor Otreet to Scott Street under Improve- <br />ment Resolution No.2237 in. the amount of I275.25. The Board also approved the construct- <br />Ion bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Southern Surety fro. <br />This being the date set, .hearings were had on the following assess- <br />ment rollsf: <br />Assessment roll for the sewer improvement on Olive Street from <br />Lincoln 'gay West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2I43. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Catalpa Avenue from <br />south line Cotter Street to south line S. J. S. B. , and -S. R. R. under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 2f 61. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement oo Miner Street from <br />east line Madison Park Addition to west line of Harriett Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.2I63. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and_ no written remonstrances were filed .and the Board, being fully advised <br />in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited <br />in Ithe amounts named on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take <br />final action on said primary assessment rolls., and declares same in all things ratified:' <br />confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board <br />now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, continued -hearing was bad on the assessment <br />roll fot eh grade, curb and walk improvement on 35th., Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.2I45. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and <br />and written remonstrances having been_ffiled under date of July 9th. , I929, the Board, <br />being fully advised in the premises, dboldep to over rule said remonstrance and finds <br />that the s,everalo lots and parcels of land bave been benefited in the amounts named <br />on.said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action <br />on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification and the proceedings closed.
