Tuesday, July I6th. , 1929. • • Edward Pfieffer and David Gibson, appraisors in connection with the opening and extension of Linden Avenue and Bendix Drive under Condemnation Resolution No.2243, filed the primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits under said condemnation resolution No.2243. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 3rast, day of July .t�9Vaid Board will meet in their offi5e at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said condemnation and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited or damaged in the amounts named on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said awards of damages and assessments of benefits be delivered according to law. Meeting adjourned at II-30 A. Ir. The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company for the pave 'ment on Bendix Drive from the south ling of Division Street to the north line of Sample. Street under Improvement Resolution T<<o.2229 in the amount of 29,395.35. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 501" of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding company. The Board siF�-ned the contract with 'Jilliston Construction company for the pavement of 'iilson Avenue, 20th. , I9th. , and 2lst. , Streets all under Improvement Res e s FT olution Yo.2262 in the amount of 30, 223.95. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding company. Assessment roll for the grading of the alley south of F irviet;r Avenue from ''treet Righ to Dale Avenue under Improvement Resoluti-n Yo.2I92. Assessment roll for the pavement of ^reenlawn Avenue from YcKinley Avenue to 71ashington Avenue under Improvement Resolution Yo.2I4I. In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being filly advised in the premises finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts pared o4 said primary assessment rolls, and therefore, the Board decides to take final ;;action on said primary rolls and declares same in all thinr;s ratified, confirmed and .,approved without modi.fieatio4 and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said ;assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. The Board approved partial estimate no.
