Tuesday, July I6th. , 1929. <br />• <br />• <br />Edward Pfieffer and David Gibson, appraisors in connection with the opening <br />and extension of Linden Avenue and Bendix Drive under Condemnation Resolution No.2243, <br />filed the primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and assessments of <br />benefits under said condemnation resolution No.2243. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 3rast, <br />day of July .t�9Vaid Board will meet in their offi5e at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive <br />remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said condemnation <br />and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be <br />benefited or damaged in the amounts named on said roll. The Board further orders that <br />notices of said awards of damages and assessments of benefits be delivered according <br />to law. <br />Meeting adjourned at II-30 A. Hinkle absent. <br />The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company for the pave <br />'ment <br />on Bendix Drive from the south ling of Division Street to the north line of Sample. <br />Street under Improvement Resolution T<<o.2229 in the amount of 29,395.35. The Board <br />also approved the construction bond of same for 501" of the contract price signed by <br />Inland Bonding company. <br />The Board siF�-ned the contract with 'Jilliston Construction company for the <br />pavement of 'iilson Avenue, 20th. , I9th. , and 2lst. , Streets all under Improvement Res <br />e s <br />FT <br />olution Yo.2262 in the amount of 30, 223.95. The Board also approved the construction <br />bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding company. <br />The 3oard approved the suarantee bond of 7illiston Construction C;omp.ny <br />for the pavement and sewer Improvement on Lincoln Terrace Addition under Improvement <br />Resolution 7 o.2102. in the amount of 9,761.33 signed by Inland Bonding Company. <br />he 3oard arnroved tie "uarantee Bond of the jilliston construction company <br />for the pavement improvement on "-eenlawn Avenue under Imrrovement Resolution -'o.2I4I <br />!;in the amount of 959.54, signed by Inland Bonding ^ompany. <br />"Phis being; the date set, hearings were had on the following primary assessment <br />rolls : <br />Assessment roll for the grading of the alley e-1st of ''igh Street from <br />;Fairview Avenue to Irvington Avenue under Improvement Resolution T-'o.2I90. <br />Assessment roll for the grading of the alley south of F irviet;r Avenue from <br />''treet <br />Righ to Dale Avenue under Improvement Resoluti-n Yo.2I92. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of ^reenlawn Avenue from YcKinley Avenue to <br />71ashington Avenue under Improvement Resolution Yo.2I4I. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being filly advised in the premises <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts <br />pared o4 said primary assessment rolls, and therefore, the Board decides to take final <br />;;action on said primary rolls and declares same in all thinr;s ratified, confirmed and <br />.,approved without modi.fieatio4 and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said <br />;assessment <br />rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />The Board approved partial estimate no. I for the pavement improvement on <br />111fiehigan Street from the south line of Donmoyer Avenye to the south line of L.ot I6 <br />E <br />
