<br />Board met in regular session at 9-Ai 'I% All members present.' 1,iinutes of
<br />I meetings held July 9th. , and July IOth. , 1929, real and approved.
<br />The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Construction Company for the
<br />l pavement on Fox Street from Leer Street to -Sampson Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2224 in the amount of 29,566.60. The Board also approved the construction bond of
<br />same in the amount of 50% of the contract price signed by Southern Surety Company.
<br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of Edward Di Julio Co- , for the local
<br />sew^r-in Olive Street from Lincoln Nay `pest to Elwood Avenue under Improvement. Resolution
<br />•' No.2I43 in the amount of 402.60 which is IX- of the contract price signed by Standard
<br />Accident Insurance Co.

<br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Northern Indiana Const.,'Go., for
<br />the local sewer in Greenlawn. Avenue under Improvement Resolution No,2200 in the amount
<br />of 367.84 signed by Great American Indemnity company.
<br />The Board approved the guarantee bond of the Northern Indiana Const.,, Co.,
<br />for the local sewer in ierwinski 6treet under Improvement Resolution No.22T9 in the
<br />amount of 98.74 signed by Great American Indmnityy Company.
<br />This being the date set, continued 'iea ring lwas had on the assessment roll
<br />for the local sewer in Greenlawn Avenue from x. T. ",. R. R. to Chester Street under
<br />improvement' Resolution No.2200. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators
<br />ij appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in
<br />the amounts named on said assessment roil. The Board, therefore, takes final action
<br />on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and appubved
<br />:`.without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
<br />roll delivered to the ')epartment of Finance.
<br />The Board approved the continua ion certificate for the excavation bond in
<br />favor of H. G. Christman Co., signed by United tat es Fidelity and . Guaranty
<br />This being the date set:; continued hearing vsa.s had on the assessment roll
<br />for the vacation of a part of 22nd. , "treet from Jefferson Blvd. ; to Sunnymede Avenue
<br />under Tacation esolution No.2217.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board decides to continue hearing
<br />on same until July 23rd. , 1929, at I0:00 A. ?'.
