Upon a motion <br />by Mr. Cottrell, seconded by Mr. Miller and carried, the re-assignments were approved effective <br />January 1, 2010. <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR AMBULANCE STAFFING FOR <br />2010 <br />Mr. Bodnar presented the Board with the above yearly contract for approval. Upon a motion by Mr. <br />Cottrell, seconded by Mr. Miller and carried, the 2010 Children's Hospital/Medflight Ambulance <br />Staffing Agreement was approved. <br />APPROVE 2010 AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF 911 EMERGENCY MEDICAL <br />SERVICES TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Ms. Vasquez, and carried, the 20 10 Agreement for 911 <br />Emergency Medical Services to the University • Notre Dame was approved. Mr. Bodnar noted that <br />Mr. Cottrell abstained from the vote due to his employment with the University of Notre Dame. <br />APPROVE 2010 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br />Mr. Chuck Leone, City Attorney, spoke to the Board about the negotiations of the 2010 Fire <br />Department Collective Bargaining Agreement. He stated it was hard bargaining between the City and <br />the Union and he was pleased with the final product. He noted there are changes to allow for <br />
