This <br />will include the following: <br />1. Capture of content from the existing South Bend Prevailing Specifications that <br />will be included in the revised document. <br />2. Revise pertinent Sections where conflicts between Supplemental and Standard <br />specifications and proposed General Section exist. <br />3. Prepare new content as needed to cover: <br />• Purpose <br />• Standing References <br />• Variance Process <br />• Financial Guarantees and Damages <br />• Qualifications <br />• R/W Occupancy <br />• Utility Work <br />• General Submission Requirements <br />• Plan/Calculation Requirements <br />• Private Improvements <br />4. Update the City's Prevailing and Supplemental Specifications utilizing the City's <br />current specifications as required. <br />5. Reconcile previous completed work in Sections 2 through 7 as may be <br />necessary based on finalized General Section. <br />6. Revise finalized draft document and standard drawings from comments <br />received from City department heads. <br />Agreement Summary: <br />Original agreement amount: $ 20,000.00 <br />Net change for prior amendments: $ 161,800.00 <br />This amendment amount: $ 12,000.00 <br />Adjusted Agreement amount: $ 193,800.00 <br />Change in time for services (days or date, as applicable): Completion by March 30, 2018. <br />Owner and Engineer hereby agree to modify the above -referenced Agreement as set forth in this <br />Amendment. All provisions of the.
