ORDINANCE NO. <br />1 <br />STA'I INTENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In order to deliver services to individuals within our community, the City of South Bend <br />received funds from the U.S. Department of : Justice to insure the delivery of programs, projects, <br />and services. The funds appropriated in this ordinance will aid in the defraying costs of <br />programming within the designated Weed & Seed Site 92 - Northwest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />T14E CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $142,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 212 for use <br />under the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Justice Weed & Seed Program. <br />SECTION 11.
