',,ray, submitted the following report on the retttion <br />filed by rror.erty ovmers on pox Street ascing for a change in the type of navement <br />from that called for in the preliminary order, which was approved by the Board: <br />"The Board of -ublic "or_cs, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Dear Sirs: <br />`1ith the return of attached 1�etition for an asphalt type of pavement on Fox <br />Street between Ijeer Street and Sampson Otreet, I submit the following retort: <br />"There are 38 resident pro-erty owners along this proposed improvement, <br />24 of whom signified their preference for an asphalt ravei:ent. This constitutes a <br />majority and I would, therefore, recom-end that a final order be made for sheet asphalt <br />pavement. <br />Very truly yours, <br />H. G.
