',,ray, submitted the following report on the retttion filed by rror.erty ovmers on pox Street ascing for a change in the type of navement from that called for in the preliminary order, which was approved by the Board: "The Board of -ublic "or_cs, South Bend, Indiana. Dear Sirs: `1ith the return of attached 1�etition for an asphalt type of pavement on Fox Street between Ijeer Street and Sampson Otreet, I submit the following retort: "There are 38 resident pro-erty owners along this proposed improvement, 24 of whom signified their preference for an asphalt ravei:ent. This constitutes a majority and I would, therefore, recom-end that a final order be made for sheet asphalt pavement. Very truly yours, H. G.
