City Engineer, H. G. "Vray,.,submitted partial estimate No.I for the !� sewwer improvement in ` erwinski Street between `'ollege �'treet and Brookfield Street cn accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Northern Indiana onstruction Company under Improvement resolution No.22I9. The Board signed and approv ed same in the amount of 64I.86. This being the date set, hearing.was had on Imrrovement resolution atreet No.2235 for t'_Ze pavement of Blaine Avenue from the south line of Rose to the south line of the alley south of Rose Street. j In the above named improvement resolution 7o.2235, a written remonstrance was filed by 'Villiam A. and Gladys Bertsch, the only resident property owners along the improvement. after hearing all persons interested in said improvement ' the Board decides to Rescind all former action ta'_�en on said improvement resolution • and declares same null and void and the rroceedings closed. This being the ddte� set, hearing was on Improvement Resolution No. 2238 for the ravement and widening of Prairie -'venue from the east curb line of tidebster. Street to Grant `jtreet. In the above named improvementresolution, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and after hearing all persons interested in said _. improvement, the Board fidns that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessod for said improvement will be equal to the estimate'. cast of same as reported by the City Engineer.
