G '-ray, fildd the primary assessment roll for he local sewer improvement in Kentucky 13treet from 71ashington 6treet to the alley orth of Division Street under Improvement '_resolution No.2182. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders hat on the I6th. , day of July 1929, this 3oard will meet in their office in the ity Tall at 7-I5 P. 1%, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and -parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named onn said assessment roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 28th. , day of June and on the 5th. , day of July 1929 in the 'youth Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. City Fn ineer, T . G. vVrey, filed the pprimary assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on parallel Street from Grant Street to Johnson Street under Improvement Resolution No.2112. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 25th. , day of June, I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Kall at I0:00 A. MT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment roll ar in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 2Ist. , day of June and on the 22nd. , day of June I929, in the South Bend News limes and Tribune according to law. G. 7.7ray, filed the primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of a part of Twenty -Second Street from Jefferson Blvd., to Summymede Avenue under Vacation Resolution No. 22I7. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 2nd., day of July I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Kali at IOs00 A. I"., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said vacation.
