Wray, filed the tabulation of bids for the <br />pavement on Michigan treet from the south lin-, of Donmoyer Avenue to the south line <br />of hot 18 in J. D. J. Farneman's Ist. , Addition and South line of Lot 16 in Lucy J. <br />Tashers Ist. , Addition under Improvement '{esolution No.2245. Tabulation is as follows: <br />Harry N. Barnes <br />concrete pavement I0, 750.03 <br />In the mat u- er of the pavement of Michigan Otreet under ImTrovement <br />resolution No.2245, the Board this I2th. , daT of June I929, hereby awards the contract <br />for said improvement to Marry N. Barnes at his bid of I0,750.03 for concrete -pavement <br />light traffic. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improve <br />ment resolutions: <br />Im-orovement "esolution No.2230 for the pavement on Amer Street from <br />Lincoln Way °lest to -�'ldvood Avenue. ( See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2232 for the pavement on T�`onroe Street from <br />�! Olive 6treet to Kaley Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />'I <br />Improvement Resolution No.223I for the pavement on Florence Avenue <br />11 from Silber Street to Johnson Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />I <br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, property owners <br />were present but no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed <br />and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the <br />several lots and parcls of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be <br />h equal to the estimatecosts of same as reported by the city Engineer, and that the <br />I improvements are necessary. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'te final action on said <br />improvement resolutions and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approv6i <br />I <br />without modification.and the proceedings clo <br />I In all of the above named improvement resolutions, numbered 223I, 22 <br />and 2230, the Board hereby orf.ers that on the 25th. , day of June, I929, this Board <br />will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the construction of said improve <br />ments up to I0:00 A. M. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals steal: <br />be published on the I4th. , day of June and on the 2Ist. , day of June I929, in the <br />South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution <br />No.2233 for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Campeau street from East line of <br />Park Place Third Addition to Harriett Street.
