Ceebirt, representing the `'hicago, South Bend and Northern India na <br />Railway `'ompany, was present ?petitioning the Board to allow said railway "ompany to <br />lay double tracks on South Chapin 6treet from lord to Sample "treet, while said street <br />'is being paved under contract duly signed and executed by the 3oard under. Attorney Vitus Jones was also uresenting representing property <br />owners along said street, who have remonstrat.ed;". and filed a written reronstrance with <br />;the Board against said double track.
