<br />is point 295.05 feet west of the .west line of Fellows Street under Oondemnation Resolution

<br />Pursuant to vour request of Apr`_1 6th. , we, the undersigned, have estimated the damages
<br />and. benefits for the proposed widening of Sample 'treet from the west line of Clinton St.
<br />to a point 295.05 feet west of the west line of Fellows Street.
<br />Our conclusions are set out in d etai 1 on the schedule of -'tyro pages and Blue Print
<br />filed herewith.

<br />Joseph Locan and 'Trust o. , and Grand Trun'c "est ern Railway Company, wherein all improve
<br />ments are taken by the `'ity.
<br />Also agreement with Herman & Sarah Freidman, wherein all improvements are ta'cen by the
<br />Citv.
<br />Also a,�ree^�ent with Isary Kovacs, wherein pity takes dwelling house situated partly on
<br />,land ta'�cen.
<br />Also contracts with Fran'_ ?'. and Minnie Lunsford, Ferdinand and Herman Holstein, and
<br />Anil and 1`innie Dollie, wherein said owners agree to remove their improvements from, and
<br />deed to the city the part of their lands heretofore condemned.
<br />We have not been successful .in reaching any agreement 44ith Charles D. Hildebrand or
<br />Abraham -'rom.
