<br />The Board signed the contract z{Tith the Northern Indiana Construction Company for t
<br />the construction of- a sewer in Greenlawn Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2200, in
<br />the amount of $2,326.12. The Board approved the construction bond of same for T00 % of
<br />the contract price signed by Great American Indemnity Co. !)
<br />The $oard signed the contract with the Albert Construction. Company for the pavemen.
<br />of Chapin street from Ford Street to Prairie venue under Imp ovement Resolution No.2I92 i
<br />in the amount of 43,706.45. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for
<br />50% of the contract price signed by the In1and7 Bonding Company. {
<br />The Board,,signed the contract with Reith Miley Construction Company for the pave-
<br />meat of 26th. , street from Vislaawaka Avenue to a point 3481 south of the south line of
<br />Pleasant Street under Improvement Resolution Wo.2194 in the amount of 21,7I5.44. The
<br />Board also approved the construction bxond of same for 50% of the contract price signed
<br />by 3 uth ern 'cur ety Company. j

<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />sewer in Southwood Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution N0.2142. The Board decides to continue hearing on said assessment roll until{
<br />Vay 22nd. , I929, at 7-I5 P. M.
<br />This being the date set, continued hee.ring was had on the Tjacat ion Resolution No.
<br />2196 for the vacation of Bridge street from `'olfax Avenue to LaSalle avenue In the
<br />above named resolution, the Board decides to continue hearing until May :22nd..,v 1929 ,.,at
<br />7-I5 P. P:r.
<br />No petitions having been filed for a change of type of -navement other than that
<br />specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of 75th. Street from the Grand
<br />Trunk 'Iestern to 1'ishawa'oa livenue under Imp_r_over-.ent -L�esolution No.2I95, the Board this
<br />21st. , day of Yay I929, hereby makes a final order for concrete pavement heavy traffic
<br />as the type of ravement gith ini',iich said street shall be improved and awards the contract
<br />for said improvement to 'falter B. Gross at his low bid of T9,076.36.
