Tuesday, Vay 14th., 1929. The Board approved labor pay rolls for 4treet and alley, street repairi garbage and cemetery and 1runicipal Air Port Departments in the amount of .17,353. The 'Board approved a drive W on East Colfax Avenue just east of the Colfax Bridge. The 'Board signed and approved claims for various departments in the amount of $12,659.94. VVray, filed assessment roll for the awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of a part of 2Ist., Street under vacation resolution No.22I6. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 2.9th., day of Pay 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City. Hall at 10:00 A* Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property my be affected by said vacation. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing- R& the awards of damages and assessments of benefits be delivered according to law A or rublished according to law, as the case may be. G. lkray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following improvement resolution: Imnrovement Resolution No.2228 grade curb and walk in Ridgedale 5th., Addition.
