Wray, filed the fol-191aing report of the remonstrance <br />Filed against the widening and pavement of Chapin Otreet between Ford and prairie <br />Avenue: <br />"With return of the attached remonstrance against the widening and pavement <br />of Chapin Street befteen- Ford and Prairie avenue. Wray, filed the following report: <br />.I <br />"llith return of attached petition for a change of ty-pe of pavement on Bissell <br />Street between Eddy street any. east line of Park Place 2nd., Addition, I submit here- <br />with the following report: <br />There are 42 resident free holders residing along this proposed improvement <br />23 of whom have sighed a petition for concrete and I9 of whom have signed the petition <br />for an asphaltic concrete pavement. The concrete petition rep_ resents a majority <br />of the resident free holders and I would, therefore,recommend that a final order be ij <br />made for concrete. <br />Very truly yours, <br />H. G. " <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavement other than <br />that spec Pied in the preliminary order <br />der for the pavement of Broadway from High Street <br />to Miami treet under Improvement Resolution No.2I87, the Board this 23rd. , day of <br />April 1929, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt heavy .traffic pavement as the <br />type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and .'awards the contract <br />-Pnr Qni ri imnrnvamPnt to Rieth Rilev Construction `ompa.ny at their' low bid of II,5T5A_4t3 <br />No petitions having been filed for the change in the type of pavement other <br />than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Carlisle Street <br />-From dashington Avenue to Linden Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2I88, the <br />Board this 23rd., d-ay of April 1929, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt <br />as the type of pavement with which said treet shall be improved and awards the con- <br />tract for said improvement to Williston 'onstruetion Company at their lo,7 bid of <br />6,668.65 <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in . the type of pavement other <br />tha,ri that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Poland `street from <br />Harris 6treet to New Yor'l Central Railroad ymder Improvement Resolution No,2189, the <br />Board this 23rd., ray of '-rril 1929, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt <br />heavy traffic as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and <br />awards the contract for said improvement to Williston Construction Company at their <br />low bid of $4,259.85.t <br />No petitions having been filed by a majority of resident property owners <br />for a change in the type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary <br />order for the pavement of Bissell 'street from Eddy Street to the east line of 2nd. , <br />plat of Park Place Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2I85, the Board this <br />23rd., day of April, 1929, hereby makes a final order for heavy traffic concrete pave <br />ment as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and awards the <br />contraet for said improvement to Hoban and 8oadh at their bid of I5,859.90. <br />City Engineer, H.
