Wray's recommendation in the above matter <br />and hereby authorizes bids to be received, opened and read for said improvement. <br />The Board approved the following recommendation. of H. G. Wray, <br />on the petition for a change in the type of pavement for the improvement on Franklin <br />Street from Palvert Street to Acing Avenue. - <br />The Board of Public Works, <br />South Bend, India#a. <br />Gentlemen: <br />With return herewith of petition for change of type of pavement <br />on Franklin Btreet'between Calvert Street and Twing Avenue, I submit the following <br />retort: <br />There are twenty five (25) resident -freeholders on this improvement, <br />all of whom have signed the petition for asphaltic concrete.
