( See files for resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.219I for the grading a:" the alley south of Fairview Avenye from High Street to Dale Avenue. (See files for resolution.) In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that on the "IOth. , day of April I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose proper ty is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and zarcels of land liable to be assessed will be equal to the estimated. cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. the Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the 22nd. , day of Yarch and on the 29th. , day of March I929, in the 'outh Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. Assessment roll for the Vacation of the alley between Lot.I8 in Dinan's 2nd. , Addition and all of Lot 17 in '3inan's 2nd. , addition except II feet off' the south side from Crescent Street to Public -Court under Vacation Resolution No,2I49. Assessment roll for the Vacation of the Ist. , alRley south of Colfax Avenue from Esther Street to Greenlawn Avenue under Improvement esolution No.2I32. Assessment roll for the Condemnation (opening) of Sherman Avenue to Riverside Drive under Condemnation Resolution No.1768. (For the construction of the Sherman Avenue sewer.) In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that on the 2nd. , day of April 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City .Hall at I0:00 A.
