<br />This being tjae date set, hearings were had on the following. im??rovemen'
<br />resolutions:
<br />Im rovement resolution No.2I84 for -an emergency sewer in Sorin Street
<br />from the St. Joseph fiver to a point an_proximately 35 feet east. (See files for resole-

<br />Improvement Resolution No.2 83 for a local sewer in. Yeade °treet from
<br />Lincoln Way test to ,Elwood avenue. (See files for resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2180 for a local sewer in Kentucky Street
<br />between VI`ashington Avenue and Division Street. Isee files for..resolution. )
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2I81 for a local sewer in Fremont Street
<br />from Elwood avenue to del ler Street. ( See files for resolution.)
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that the special benefits that will accrue to the property to be
<br />,assessed abutting on the line of siich proposed sewersor drains, will be equal to the
<br />estimated costs -of same as reported by the City -Engineer.- The Board, therefore decides
<br />to tarze final action on said improvement resolutions and declares same in all1things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved without modification.
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, hereby,
<br />orders that on the I2th., day of March 1929, the Board will receive, open and read
<br />sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements up to I0:00 A. 1% The Board
<br />further orders that notices of said proposals shall be published on the Ist., day of
<br />March and on the 8th. , day of March 1929 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune
<br />according to law.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improve-
<br />ment resolutions:
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2I76 for the pavement improvement on the
<br />west one half of Ernsperger Street from Lincoln .'day East to a point 45 feet north of
<br />.,the center line of Siver Avenue projected. (See files for resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2177 for the grade, curb and wale improve
<br />fnent on Farneman Street from Michigan Street to RTain 6treet. (see files for resolution.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2I78 for the pavement on Franklin Street
<br />from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue. (See files for resolution.)
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance.was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for such
<br />improvements will be equal to the -estimated costs of same as reported by the City Civil
<br />Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'ce final action on said improvement
<br />resolutions, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and arpnoved without
<br />modification.
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby

<br />No.2I79 for the pavement of Grace Street from alley east of Walnut Street to Oliver ;!

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators a pp-ared I�
<br />but no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the �
<br />premises, finds that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for such
<br />improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Civil
<br />Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrances, and declares
<br />said improvement resolution No.2179, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved ;I
<br />without modification.
<br />The Board now orders that on the I2th. , day of Yarch 1929, this Board
<br />will receive, open and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement
<br />up to I0:00 A. IT. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be
<br />-published on the Ist. day of March and on the 8th., day of Vareh I929 in the South
<br />Bend News Times and ribune according to law. it
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution II
