Ralph H. .Kass <br />absent. <br />Minutes of meetings held January 29th., 1929, read and <br />approved. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of <br />avement other than..that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement on <br />ongley Avenue frpm Wilber street to Johnson Street under Im-urove7nent Resolution <br />No.2171, the Board, this 5th. day of Mruary, I929, hereby makes a final order for <br />sheet asphalt pavement heavy traffic as the type of pavement with which said street <br />shall be imrroved and awards the contract for said improvement to the Albert Constructs <br />- <br />ion Com�an;y at their low bid of �10,144.22. <br />No 'petitions having been filed for a change in the type of <br />pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement on <br />Liston street from Walnut Street to Studebaker Street under Improvement Resolution <br />No.. 2fi70, the Board this 5th. , day of February 1929, hereby makes a final order for <br />sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement as the type of pavement with which said street <br />shall be impr ved and awards the contract for.said_improvement to the Albert <br />Const^uction ampany at their low bid of 3,785.02. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of <br />Kepavement " other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement on <br />nwood. Avenue from Johnson street to Olive street under Improvement Resolution No. <br />2169, the Board this 5th. day of February, 1929, hereby makes a final order .for <br />sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement - s the type of pavement with which. said street <br />shall be improved and awards the aontraot for said improvement to the Albert Construct- <br />ion Company at their low bid of $13,803.84. <br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction <br />Company for the pavement on Sftth Street from Huey Street to Olive Street under <br />Improvement Resolution "No.2I67 in the amount of $5,518.90. The Board also approved <br />the_ construction bond of same. for 50% of the contract price signed by the Inland <br />Bonding Company. <br />Oi ty Ingineer, H. C.
