• .7 L] 0 16 This being the date set, hearing was had on Im-orovement Resolution No.2159 for the ravement of C^lfax .venue from 'i1alnut Street to Birdsell Street. In the above named im^rovernent resolution, remonst .rat,,rs appeared and a written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, after hearing all persons interest in sair improvement decides to take final action on said Improvement Resolution No.2I59 and declares same null and void and all former proceedings null and void and all action rescinded and the proceedings closed. This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2158 for the pavement of Bridge Street from Colfax Avenue to LaSalle Avenue. In the above named im-nrovement resolution, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and unon the request of -nropert�r owners, the Bon.rd decid-,s to continue hearing until February I2th., 19,29 at I0-00 A. 7.16 This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2I60 for the pavement of Francis Street from Corby Street to Napoleon Street. In the above named improvement Resolution, remonstr=.tors appeared j and a written remonstrance was filed and the 3oard, aft �r being fully advised in the premises, finds that the :aenefits to the several lots and rarcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement wi =1 be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, therefore, declares said resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. The Board hereby orders written remonstrance sent to City tigineer for final chock of resident property owners. This being the date set, hearing was had on 'Jet Back Line Resolution No.2I72 for set back lines on Ieiami Street from Lincoln Way East to Indiana Avenue. (See -files for copy of resolution.) In the above named resolution 7o.2T72, no remonstrators ar-eared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and ar_nroved j without modification and the -nroce-dings closed. The Board approved salary claims for various departments in the a:mo,int of 'I, 339. I4, and hereby, orders pity Controller to. ?nay same. The 3oard also approved claims in the amount of �I,324.45 and hereby orders City Controller to raj same. _ This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2I64 for the -pavement on O'Brien Street. in the above matter, the Board decides to continue hearing on same until January I6th., I929, at 7-I5 P.
