<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the-'th., day of October I928, this Board will meet in their office in the
<br />City Hall at I0:00 A. TT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all .persons whose
<br />property has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits

<br />This being the date set, no bids were received for the grading
<br />of the alley west of Miami treet from Fairview to C. L. of Ist. , alley -south of
<br />Fairview under Improvement Resolution No.2130.
<br />In the matter of the following ;mprovement Resolutions No.2072
<br />for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Ford 10treet from Arnold 6treet to Harris
<br />Street; and Improvement Resolution No.2043 for the grade, curb and walk on Arnold
<br />Street and
<br />to Ist., alley south of Huron Street, the Board herebyorders that
<br />on the I6th. , day of October 1928, the Board will receive, open and read sealed
<br />proposals for the construction of said improvements. The. Board further orders that
<br />notices of said proposals shall be -published on the 4th. , day of October and on the
