All members present. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following primary assessment <br />rolls <br />Assessment roll for Vie pavement on O'Brien Street from Lincoln Way 4est to <br />Elwood Avenue <br />under Improvement 'Resolution N6.2035. " <br />Issessment roll for the pavement on Thirtieth: Street from Mishawaka Avenue to <br />North Side Blvd., under Improvement Aesolution No.20I3. <br />assessment roll for the pavement on Ewing Avenue from West line Leer Street <br />to west line of Ernesperger Street render ,Improvement Resolution No.20I6. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Adams Street . from Lincoln Way West to <br />- <br />north line of Humboldt Street under Improvement Resolution No.2027. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, remonstrators appeared but no <br />written remonstrande was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts <br />named on said primary assessment rolls. The Board therefore takes final action on <br />said primary assessment rollsand declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved the <br />and proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls <br />delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />- <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted partial estimate No.4 for the heavy <br />traffic concrete pavement imovement on Sample `'treet from pA point 308 feet west of <br />the Belleville First <br />west line of Unit to the west line of Belleville Third Unit, in <br />ac-cordance the <br />with terms of the contract between the W. J. Nees Construction o. <br />, <br />and the City, under Improvement Resolution No.2020. The Board signed and jkp7 oved same <br />in the amount of 8,953.05. <br />• <br />• <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted partial estimate No.3 for the light traffi <br />concrete pavement and sewer improvement on streets in Summit Place Fifth Addition, in <br />accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Harry N. Barnes, Con- <br />tractor, under Improvement Resolution No. 2078. The Board signed and approved same in <br />the amount of 16,473.00. <br />City Engineer, H. G. stray, filed the final estimate on the Improvement <br />No.2074 'mown as the Sheridan Avenue Sub -Trunk Sewer as follows, by the Board: which was approved <br />To the Hon. Board of Public Wor'c s <br />of the City of .South Bend, Ind. <br />Dear Sirs: <br />The undersigned City Engineer of said City hereby reports to the Board of <br />Public Works thereof the followinFinal Estimate of the Improvement No.2074.known <br />as the Sheridan Avenue Sub -Trunk_ ewer, authorized by Resolution of -the Board of Public <br />'forks adopted on the 22nd. , day of *gay 1928. This estimate is based upon the terms <br />of the contract for said work dated the IOth., day of July I928, and signed by the <br />Board of Public "or -s on the part QQf the City of South Bend, and by J. J. Dunnegan, <br />Contractor.
