<br />order for sheet as -halt pavement as the t.,rpe cE pavement with which said street shall
<br />be improved and sets the IIth. J. day of -)eptember I928, as the time whan said Board shall
<br />either pass on petitions for a change in the t;,rpe of pavement other than that specified
<br />in the preliminary order, award the contr,.ct or reject all bids. +
