Tuesday, August 28th. , 1928. Rssessm ent roll for the, Pipe sewer in Fox Street between Southeast 2run'�: Sewer and Samps-on Street under Improvement Resolution No.I987. In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that on the I2th. , day of September, 1928, this Board meet in their office in the City Hell at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive rermonstrances from all persons whose pronerty has been assessed for said improvements and iAll decide whether the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown 'on said assessnent rolls or in a greater: or less sum than that shown on said rolls. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the 31st. day of .August and on the 7th., day of September I928, according to law. City Engineer, H. G. 1,7rwr, filed primary assessment roll for the ?pavement of the Ist. , alley west of Miami Street from Broadway to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2065. In the above named assessment roll, the .Board hereby orders that on the I2th. , day of September"19�8, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y`., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. Claims amounting to 7,290.67 were signed. -:and: -approved by the Board. The Board approved the salary of H. G. ;Dray in the amount of 333.33 and that of Hazel A. Turner in the amount of I00.00 for track elevation work and hereby orders City Controller to pay same. The Board signed the contract with 'lestinghouse electric and manufacutring Company for lighting equipment for the 1"unicipal Air Fort. City sr, ineer, H. Copy- of contract for the heavy traffic sheet asphalt pavement improvement on Chapin Street from Calvert Itreet to Ewing Avenue under improvement Resolution No.2079 in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Company, contractors. (amount of contract 14,227.21. Cop, of contract for the light traffic sheet asphalt -pavement on the south ;L of "Jestmoor. �'treet from the west line of Olive Street to the east line of Lincoln Manor 3rd. , Addition, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Commny, contractors, under imbrovement resolution No.2094.
