<br />a This being the date set for hearing on asses�sment-roll of the Northwest
<br />44%evver System under Improvement Resolution Numbers 1774 1774A and I774B, the Board
<br />met-- in Souneil 'Chamber and opened hearing on said .roll.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. dray, reported that he -had made all the changes in
<br />assessments against the lots and areas in the benefited districts as ordered by the
<br />Board at the hearing on Aagust 9th.9 19Z8, and he submitted,to the Board, a modified
<br />Assessment Roll in a eeordeXce with said orders.
