S. <br />Romig, -City attorney, and. Mr. Charles W. Cole and 'illiam S. Voore, �igirieers, also � <br />present. <br />This- being the ate set for hearing on ,the modified assessment roll of <br />the Northwest Trunk Sewer �ystem under Improvement Resolution:'Mutbers T7 74, 174A <br />and 1774B, and all remonstranees filed against the same, the Board met in the Council <br />Chamber of the City Mall of South Bend, Indiana, and opened hearing on said Roll and <br />the remonstrances. The Engineer reported that be bad not been able to mare the <br />corrections, deductions and compution and complete the modified Roll as ordered by the <br />Board at, its meeting of August 9th. , I928. The Board then adjourned the „ hearing to <br />Thursday, August 23rd. , at 9 A. T., 1928,,at the Council Chapber in the City Hall. <br />ATTESTED: <br />TUESDAY AUGUST list.. I928. <br />Board. met in regular session at 9 A. N. All members present. <br />Vinutes of meetings held August I4th. , August I5th. , and August I6th. , 1928 <br />read and approved. <br />City Engineer, H. G. flay, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the <br />Board adopted' said plans and specifications together with the following .Improvement <br />Resolution: <br />STREET Cat ALLEY IMPROV'�`1�tENT RESOLUTION NO.2I3I. <br />"BF IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, ST.
