<br />This being the date set, hearing was hd on the assessment -roll for the
<br />local sewer in Kenmore and sample Streets from ord Street to a point 20r east
<br />of the east line of Belleville 3rd., Unit under Improvement Resolution No.I996.

<br />In the above named assessment 1011, written remonstrances were filed
<br />by the Empire Box '�onporation, through their attorney, Louis Hammerschmidt, and
<br />by the Bantam Ball Bea, ring Companya;l. by their attorneys Joiies and 0benchain. After
<br />hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in
<br />the Premises, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land which have
<br />been assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named on
<br />said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment
<br />roll, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the
<br />proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the
<br />Department of Finance.
