<br />The Board approved the Guabantee bond of � the Albert Construction Company
<br />for the pavement on Bertrand Street from Johnson 'street to Bendix Drive under Improve-'
<br />ment ``resolution N0.29559 signed by Inland Bonding company for 3,2II416.
<br />The Board signed the Ggarantee Bond of the 'dilliston `'onstruction Company
<br />for the improvement in IVo odl awn add it io n under Improvemait Resolution No. 2025 and
<br />for the pavement on the north one half• of Oakwood Blvd., under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2077 in the amount of 6,449.59 signed by the Inland Bonding Vompany,
<br />The Board approved the excavation bond of �he Murphy Plumbing Co., in
<br />the amount of I,000.00 signed by Amsterdam Casualty ompany.
<br />The Board signed, the cohtract with Eston Ball for the construction of grade,
<br />curb and walk on Sampson ''treat from Calvert to Ewing Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2073 in the amount of 3,55I.751 The $oard also approved the constructio
<br />bond of same for 100% of the contract price signed by maryland Casualty Co.,.
<br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Company for the
<br />sewer and pavement improvement in Lincoln Terrace Addition under Improvement_ Resolutio
<br />No.2IO2 in the amount of 96,399.60. The Board also approved the construction bond
<br />of same in the amount of 50, of the contract price signed by the Inland Bonding "�o.
<br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Co., for the pavem
<br />and sewer improvement in Angella, Avenue from the east line of Harter Heights "dditi on
<br />to Notre Dame Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2I26 in the amount of 55,792.15.
<br />The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract Brice
<br />signer by Inland Bonding 60 o.
<br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the grading
<br />and pavement of Harriett Street from a point 127.2 feet south of the south lino of
<br />Yonroe Street to a point 747.9 feet south of the south line of Y'onroe street under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2II9. Bids are as follovrt:

<br />The Board approved the following partial estimates which was submitted by
<br />City Engineer ?T. ". `7ray:
<br />Partial estimate or copy of the contract for the pavement and sewer improve-
<br />ment in Lincoln Manor Third Addition, in accordance with the terms of the contract betw
<br />between the City and Albert `onstruction company, contractors under improvement
<br />resolution No.208I. Said contract executed in the amount of 43,I89.95.
<br />The Board approved the contract with Gedney &.Sons, Ind., for. the construct -!I
<br />ion of the sub trunk sewer on Humboldt Street from Huey 0treet to Nancy 'treet under i±
<br />Improvement resolution 1-To.2097 in the amount of 52,019.90. The Board also approved
<br />the construction bond of same for 50 of the contract price, signed by the National
<br />Surety Company of the State of New ork. l
<br />This being the date set, hear ing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />nave pent and sewer improvement in +oddlawn Addition under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />2025 and for the pavement of the north ` of Oakwood Blvd., from Portage to Bdverley-
<br />Place under Improvement Resolution No.2077,.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remoras trators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots -nd parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements, have
<br />been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore,
<br />takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same ,in all things ratified,
<br />confinrn,.ed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board
<br />now orders. said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance.
<br />City Engineer, FI. G. Wray, reported that the Northwest Trunk "'ewer has been
<br />completed under Improvement Resolution Tvo.I7-74 ,.in conformity with the -plans and: specifi
<br />cations and contract between the City and the Duggegan Constr�acti,on Co', and_ submitted,
